Skin Tone 1...

Hey everyone I've had a request to do some coloring pages on skin colors.
So I said why not I have my favorite but it doesn't hurt to try some new ones. That's how I got my current favorite.
I'll be doing some blog browsing to find some new color combo's.
Do you have a favorite already you'd like to share.
Leave it in the comments below and I'll work it in!

I thought I would start with a photo tutorial of my favorite skin tone at the moment (E21, E00, E000, R20, R30)
This includes cheek tones also.
Each picture shows me adding 1 more color.
You can click on them to zoom in.
I didn't bother coloring the whole image until  the last one.

Here it is all colored including the hair and outfit.

The adorable image is from Mo's Digital Pencil. She's called Bossy and can be found HERE.
I'll be using her for all my skin coloring pages.
For her hair I used one of the colors from the Hair Color Posts. (Hair: E31, E33, E35, E37)
(Dress: Y28, Y23, Y21)  (Apron: R29, R27, R24)

I hope you'll join me for some new color choices.
I'd love to hear about your favorites.
See you next time!

Have a great day...

Rose and Felix....

Here is my latest Marker Coloring Card Kit... Rose and Felix. The image is  new from Whimsy Stamps. I can't believe how cute these are. The paper is Basic Grey: Picadilly. I love the fun colors. Here's a close up of the coloring with Copic Markers...

And ShinHan Markers.... I forgot to add the Spica Glitter Pen and Stickles before I took the picture.. I'm getting better with the ShinHan markers, I stayed in the lines this time...:O)

I got in a bunch of new My Favorite Things Die-Namics yesterday. Like this cool Jumbo Monarch Border. Everything new can be found in the Just Added section!

I also added a couple of 12 x 12 paper collections. Bo Bunny Kissing Booth and Fancy Pants Winterland. They can both be found in the paper section. I also got a couple of elements to go with each collection. I figured since I buy the paper to make the card kits and always have a bunch left over I would put some in the store. So keep a look out for more to come.

Speaking of the store. I'm rearranging things in the store. I didn't like how I had some things. So bare with me while I put everything in a category with it's own pictures. It's a slow process, but I want it to look great and be easy to use. I'll have hubby change some of the picture titles on the front page. Like Markers, Ink Pads & Reinkers will be Add Color. That way everything you use to color with can be found there. Like Markers, Ink pads, Crayons, Glitter Pens, Ect..

I'll be having the January Card Kit classes tomorrow. If you'd like to come give me a call or email me and I'll give you directions. Information is in the left side bar. Otherwise have a fabulous weekend!

Hair Color 23, 24 - Copic Markers...

Hair Color - Copic Markers

How about a couple of Brunette Hair Colors today. I love both of these.

The order I colored them:
On top: E27, E19, E17
On Bottom: E47, E57, E34

But I think the top one is my favorite. It has red.
I have one more page of hair colors, then it's on to something else.
I need to decide how I'm going to put my coloring book together.
Maybe some rings and ribbon.
Oh and I have to look for a new picture so I can start a new page.
These decisions are so tough!

Thanks for stopping by.
See you next time!

P.S. Image can be found over at Saturated Canary Digi's. Krista has a bunch of fabulous images.

Packaging Poll....

I have a question for you today.
I'm going to be making up some album kits.
How would you like them to be packaged if you where going to be buying one?
  1. Chip Board Pieces and Pattern Paper Pieces cut out for you ready to be glued to chip board.
  2. Only Chip Board Pieces cut out along with accessory pieces (example snowman, hat, scarf & tree) Pattern Paper included for you to cut out. (You could choose which paper you wanted on each page)
  3. Everything cut out and ready to be put together exactly like the example. You could add embellishments from your stash (buttons, ribbon, brads, ect.)

I'm currently working on this cute snowman album. I added some picture mats and a couple of tags to journal on.  I'm thinking maybe I should cut out all the chipboard pieces and snowmen and their accessories then just include in the kit pattern paper and card stock so everyone could make it there own. That way you could decide which paper you want on the front and all the pages. What size pictures you want to have or more journaling spaces.

What do you think?
Leave me a comment telling me what you would want.

I think it still needs something..
What is it?

Thanks for stopping by.
See you next time!
