Simple Coloring Tutorial - Season's Greetings

You can get great coloring results with only a few colors.

Layering your color on will add depth.

Copic Markers Used:

Skin: E00

Hair: YR31

Coat/Boats/Snow: B00

Gloves/Coat Pocket/Collar: YG11

Candy Cane/Hat/Dress: R24

First add a small amount of each color.

Add a second layer of color going over the first color and extending into your white area.

Add a third layer of color going over the first two layers and filling the rest of your area in.

By doing it this way the first layer you laid down now has three layers of color making it three times darker.

I added some blue to the snow dots and the back side of the candy cane.
